For Emergencies

For emergencies please call 911. A doctor is on call after office hours, during weekends, and on holidays. We ask that you limit these calls to emergencies or serious illnesses. Call the regular office number: (407)889-9800 for instructions to reach the doctor on call. Please note, medications will not be refilled by the on-call doctor. Please contact the office during regular office hours to make/cancel appointments, for referrals, or for prescription refills. or severe situations, go immediately to the nearest Emergency Room and have your doctor contacted!

Located in the heart of downtown Apopka, our office is easily accessible from Mt. Dora, Zellwood, Apopka, or Altamonte Springs. Call for an appointment anytime or stop by our office for more information.

Directions

From Mt. Dora:

Follow SR 441 towards Apopka. Turn left onto Park Avenue. Take the second left for parking. Entrance is on 2nd Street. Located behind CVS and Bank of America.

From Altamonte Springs:

Follow 436 to join 441 toward Apopka. Turn right onto Park Avenue. Take your second left onto 2nd Street for parking. We are located behind CVS and Bank of America.
