Our practice utilizes a patient portal. Please familiarize yourself with using it. We ask all patients to use the patient portal to request medication refills, check on test results, and send all NON URGENT MESSAGES to your physician or office staff. Patients can also see referral information, appointments, and update pharmacy and contact information.

We are excited to announce the use of HIPAA Compliant AI Technology to assist with charting and documentation! This innovation allows our physicians more time to focus on your health and well-being.
OFFICE VISITS:
Patients should call in advance to schedule appointments. You may call during our office regular office, Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm. We do our best to accomodate same day appointments, so please call us early if you need one. We ask you to understand there may be a wait associated with a same day appointment.
Kindly give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep or need to change your scheduled appointment.
THE OFFICE IS CLOSED FOR ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.
INSURANCE PLANS:
We are contracted with most major insurance companies. We are not participating providers with United Health Care, any Medicare HMOs, Medicaid, workman’s comp, or automobile insurers.
If you have any questions about your insurance please contact our office at 407-889-9800. Copays and deductible payments are due at the time of service.
Patient Privacy:
All patient information is confidential. If you would like to authorize us to share your protected health information with a significant other, we must have a HIPAA release of information form completed.

Test Results:
We want to remind our patients that test results are automatically uploaded to your patient portal for your convenience. If you do not see your test results within 10 days, please contact our office via your patient portal(can call for emergencies), and we will be happy to assist you.
If your test results are abnormal, our office will contact you to discuss them and provide further instructions. If you have not been contacted please reach out to us. Please DO NOT ASSUME that unreported results are normal!
Medication Refills:
Medication refills should be done at the time of your office visit providing you with enough medication to last until the next scheduled appointment. If you are in need of refills prior to your next appointment you may:
- Send a request via your patient portal.
- Contact your pharmacy directly and ask them to request refills from us on your behalf.
- Schedule a sooner appointment to request refills in person.
Please 48-72 hours for refill requests to be completed. We will typically not accept refill requests via telephone.
Emergencies:
For emergencies, please call 911! A doctor is on call after office hours, during weekends, and on holidays. We ask that you limit these calls to emergencies or serious illnesses. Call the regular office number: (407)889-9800 for instructions to reach the doctor on call. Please note, medications will not be refilled by the on-call doctor. Please contact the office during regular office hours to make/cancel appointments, for referrals, or for prescription refills. or severe situations, go immediately to the nearest Emergency Room and have your doctor contacted!
